The worldsite family - Foundation to URL to IRL · 2026

Every worldsite engagement is built from one pipeline. Foundation is the root: strategy and identity. URL builds the surface on top of it. IRL is what happens when that surface meets the world. Five ways in, one spine.

P5 Activation + P6 Post Production added to a brand that has been through Foundation + URL, with us or already in place. Event identity, press kit, run-of-show, launch-video creative direction, documentation capture and edit, public case study. The full activation plus the artifact engine. Requires a worldsite to activate around.

Worldsite IRL Lite

P5 Activation only - concept, event identity, press kit, run-of-show, day-of comms. No post-production artifact engine. For a brand with a working identity that wants the event without the full press-and-film machine, or for a repeat activation on an existing worldsite.

How to read this

  1. Most brands start at the ladderFoundation, or Worldsite URL if the site ships with us. The recommended default is Worldsite URL.
  2. IRL attaches when there's a momentBundle it as Worldsite URL + IRL if a launch is timed to the ship, or add Worldsite IRL later once the surface exists.
  3. IRL Lite is the light doorFor an existing brand that wants the event, not the engine - or a second and third activation on a worldsite already built.

How we bill

Worldsite offerings are fixed-fee by default - one price for a defined scope, billed against milestones (typically 50% on signature, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery). The right structure when the scope is knowable and the brand wants cost certainty.

For iterative engagements, or brands still finding their shape, the same scope runs on a monthly retainer instead - fixed monthly access while the work adapts. IRL is always a creative + coordination fee, with production passed through at cost. We recommend the structure in the scoping conversation; we don't bury it.
